1. Acceptance of these terms

By using www.simanpower.in or engaging our recruitment services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

2. About us

Sagar International Manpower Pvt. Ltd. is a recruitment agency registered in India and licensed under the Emigration Act as a recruiting agent (RA Licence No. B-1550/PUN/PART/1000+/5/9486/2019, eMigrate RA ID RA5466131). We have recruited and deployed manpower for overseas employers since 1990.

3. Use of this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, view opportunities and contact us. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for a competing commercial purpose.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Content may change without notice, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

4. Vacancies and job openings

Any vacancy shown on this site or communicated by us is subject to the requirements of the employer concerned and may be changed, filled or withdrawn at any time. Salaries, benefits and job descriptions are those supplied by the employer.

Registering with us, attending an interview or being shortlisted does not guarantee employment, a visa, or deployment. Selection is the employer's decision. Visas, emigration clearance and entry permission are decided by the relevant governments, not by us.

5. Service charges

Where a service charge applies to a candidate, it is levied only as permitted under the Emigration Act, 1983 and the rules made under it, and a receipt is issued for every payment. We will tell you what is payable before you pay anything.

6. Beware of recruitment fraud

Fraudsters impersonate licensed recruiting agents. Please note that:

• Our only website is www.simanpower.in and our official mailbox is info@simanpower.in.
• We do not make job offers through social media accounts or messaging groups that we have not published on this site.
• We never demand money in exchange for a guaranteed visa or a guaranteed job.
• We never ask for passwords, OTPs or original documents to be handed to an individual outside our office.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from dealings with a person or website falsely claiming to represent us. If in doubt, verify our licence details with the Protector of Emigrants, or call us on the number below before paying anyone.

7. If you are a candidate

You agree that:

• The information, documents and certificates you give us are genuine, accurate and your own.
• You will tell us promptly if your circumstances or contact details change.
• You will attend the interviews, trade tests and medical examinations arranged for you, or tell us in good time if you cannot.
• You will comply with the laws of the destination country and the terms of the employment contract you sign.
• You consent to us sharing your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your employment contract is between you and the employer. We are not your employer and are not a party to that contract.

8. If you are an employer

You agree that:

• The requirement, job description, salary and benefits you give us are accurate.
• You hold the approvals and permits required to employ overseas workers in your jurisdiction.
• You will treat candidate information as confidential and use it only to assess candidates for the role concerned.
• The commercial terms of each assignment are those set out in the separate agreement between us.

9. Third-party links and content

This site links to and embeds content from third parties, including Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

10. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and layout of this site are owned by or licensed to Sagar International Manpower Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright. The Sagar International Manpower name and logo are our marks. Client logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear only to identify organisations we have supplied manpower to.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of earnings or opportunity, arising from your use of this site or from an employer's decision. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jalandhar, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them, without prejudice to any remedy available to a candidate under the Emigration Act and the rules made under it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
